Brandon met Linda 12 years before our first date, proving that persistence is key! It took 12 years to finally get that date, but only 12 weeks for Brandon to convince Linda to let him put a ring on it. From epic first dates to incredible adventures, from fighting a pandemic to our amazing daughter, our journey has been anything but ordinary. Join us as we celebrate our incredible love story and our commitment to a life filled with passion, love, laughter, and endless adventure. We are excited to welcome you to The Club at Horseshoe Bay, Texas
Located on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson in the midst of beautiful Texas Hill Country. As the Hamptons of Texas, Horseshoe Bay is not only the site of our incredible lake home where Linda, Brandon, and Ariella spend weekends together as a family, but it home to the most exclusive country and lake club in Texas and a luxurious 5 star resort.
Tentative Schedule of Events
Thursday, October 3
7:00 PM: Welcome! Drinks, Mini Golf, & Smores
On Thursday night, we want to welcome you to The Club and Resort with drinks and snacks at Whitewater 360 Sports Club. Surrounded by exotic birds and with a 360 degree view of one of the world's best Bermuda grass putting courses, hand-crafted cocktails, cold bottled beers and pizza selections. After a drink and the kids make s'mores, we will hit the putting course for a round of party styled mini golf under pumping music and neon lights. Afterwards, feel free to jump into a heated pool (or the lake!) for a late night swim. Dressy casual (golf) attire.
Friday, October 4
8:00 AM-4:00 PM: Family Day at the Lake (Optional Trip To Exotic Zoo)
Spend the day exploring glorious Lake LBJ and the world-class amenities of The Club at Horseshoe Bay Resort.
Splash in North America's only floating pool, enjoy a poolside drink and hit the beach at the member's only Yacht Club, go fishing off the marina docks, play some volleyball or lawn games, or jump in the lake. For the more adventurous, join us for some stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet skiing on the lake.
Or join us on an expedition to an exotic zoo where you can get up front and personal with wildlife, feed a zebra or take a selfie with a camel or ostrich. Boots recommended.
6:00 PM: Family Photos at Cap Rock
Capture the joy and togetherness as as we take family photos at the beautiful Cap Rock. You will marvel at the way the incredible architecture fits into the dramatic setting and showcases the panoramic views of Lake LBJ and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. With breathtaking views and beautiful scenery, it is the perfect location for a family photo shoot. After, indulge in a cocktail from the Cap Rock Cabana and enjoy the scenery before dinner or head up to the bar at the clubhouse. Sleek and sophisticated, the Clubhouse Bar invites conversation and relaxation in an inviting luxurious atmosphere. Enjoy before- or after-dinner cocktails and stop in for a night cap on the patio.
7:00 PM: Dinner Reception at the Cap Rock Clubhouse, the most esclusive restaurant in Texas
Join us for dinner as we celebrate our marriage. The member's only Cap Rock Clubhouse is the most exclusive restaurant in Texas. Ranked the number one private clubhouse in the USA, Cap Rock is perched atop an impressive outcropping of ancient granite boulders that affords 50-mile views from countless vantage points, this warm, luxurious world class dining and entertainment space showcases a decidedly modern and inspired take on classic Hill Country architecture. From John Travolta to Matthew McConaughey, you never know who you can see at the Cap. Enjoy a Tomahawk Pork Chop, Faore Island Salmon, or Texas Angus Filet Bring your swim suit and sneak in a dip in the world's best hot tub after dinner at Yacht Club, a short drive away. Saturday, October 5
8:00 AM-2:00 PM: Family Time on the Lake
Saltless, sharkless. Go for a swim in Lake LBJ or grab a cocktail and soak up the sun at the beach.
Ask Winnie to teach you to fish, stand up on a paddleboard, or drive a jetski. Relax and enjoy.
3pm-6pm: Ariella's Birthday Party at The Jungle Kids Club
Join us in celebrating Ariella's 4th Birthday at her favorite place in the world, the Jungle's Kid Club. Built to resemble a Mayan pyramid deep in the jungle, the kid's club has tunnels, slides, games, and a rock climbing wall. It will be a blast!
6:30 pm: Dinner at Simply Pho House
Considered by family food experts to be the best Pho they ever had, join us for dinner at Simply Pho House. Enjoy traditional Vietnamese fare & other Asian fusion dishes including stir-fries in Western-themed Cowboy digs. See how we do Asian in Texas.

8pm: Joins us for Drinks, Country Music, and Pickleball at Fresh Air Park
After dinner, we will head on down to Cottonwood Shores, to Fresh Air Park. Play some pickleball under the lights, dance to some live country music, play on the playground, or grab a cocktail at the Fresh AF rooftop bar. Bring sneakers for those who wish to dink on the courts.
Sunday, October 6
All Day: Fun at the Lake and Family BBQ
Join us for one more day of incredible fun on the lake! We will host a TEXAS BBQ at our lakeside villa as the kids swim and enjoy some fun on the water!

TRANSPORTATION FROM AUSTIN OR SAN ANTONIO AIRPORT
We are happy to help arrange transportation to/from your airport of choice by shuttle. Rental car is recommended.
Those hoping to explore nearby attractions, from wildlife adventure parks, to San Antonio's famous riverwalk, The Alamo, or visiting Sea World or Schlitterbahn Waterpark, cheap rental cars are available directly at the airport from major carries.
Horseshoe Bay is a short one hour drive from either Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) or San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
TRANSPORTATION AROUND HORSESHOE BAY
The Resort can be navigated by foot, in fact, everything is a short walk away! However, the resort operates shuttles to conveniently take you from one location to another! Hop on the shuttle to jet anywhere around the resort.
